We have three factory premises; both are specially designed and built for garment industry, so there are no issues of poor-infrastructure, workers entry or exit, air and light flow, adequate and properly placed outlets of safe drinking water and hygienic lavatories are maintained and periodically upgraded in a conscious effort to ensure the welfare of the workforce.
HR department undertakes and implements programs to remove discrimination in work place and pay. It strictly follows the governments Industrial labor policies and provides night allowance, overtime, holiday allowance, and production bonus to its employees.
One of the major concern for us. There are fire alarms, clearly demarcated emergency routes and exits, smoke detectors, sufficient fire extinguisher and hose pipe for emergency water in both premises. Training to use these equipments and periodic fire drills for evacuation without hassle are conducted by the HR department.
We have our own appointed doctor to regular check-up the workers health, emergency medical kit and basic/emergency medicines are available in ready stock.
We maintain child-care center facility for worker's baby on premises. Therfore, parents are more likely to concentrate their work and keep them more relaxed.
We never appoint a labor below 16 as per government regulation, forced labor is beyond question. We deal these issues very seriously
We often arrange workshop, seminar to train-up our worker and staffs in different segments.
