Broken Needle Policy

We have developed all our terms and policies for our client's and employee's satisfaction.Our broken needle policy is very simple; it normally involves a strict procedure for replacing broken needles on machines, with all incidents recorded and one main person responsible for collecting in broken parts and giving out replacements. Additionally all garments should be passed through a metal detector before being packaged to ensure they are not contaminated with pieces of metal. There are also guidelines on metal items which should not be brought into the factory e.g. in the case of visitors, such as staples, pins, sewing kits etc.
